  Much better then the reviews i read before coming hear. Pontins as a hole (been to 2 of there parks now) is one that I would say you have to see for yourself as different people seam to have different experiences. We booked direct this time, was cheeper then going on the sun holidays for the same place and week! So check there website first if your a sun holiday user.

  Cheap and cheerful four days here in Half Term week Feb 2017. We upgraded to Club and half board from Sun deal. So was less than £300. Thought it was an excellent deal. Food was good, with evening meal soup or salad as a starter, vegetarian choice, the curries were great. Kids were in the pool every day. Apartment was clean, good shower, very hot water. Was like a sauna when we arrived, heating was included in the deal. Evening entertainment very good, kids loved the Sooty and Sweep show.

  Was aweful, they messed up our apartment so had to squeeze four people in a one bed apartment. The floors were wet and filthy and was so damp. Nothing was washed up properly and everything stank, the bath was a tiny couldn't have a nice relaxing one as hot water only ran for 5 minutes at a time and took ages to warm up again, asked a member of staff and he was just rude to us. Entertainment is very limited for smaller children only a few things to do! After when we left to check out two older cleaners one male and one female where hovering near us putting us under a lot of pressure, also seen them smoking on the job. They went in took about three minutes and out again, explains why everything is dirty! Room needs refurbishing. If would rate Lower I would. So dissapointed with what received! Will not be returning!

  Been here for 4 nights we was a bit worried as of the reviews that we read , but I must say we were pleasantly surprised all staff are nice , the accommodation was good clean nothing broken !
